The TAEWON Auto Strainer is a pressure strainer with an automatic flushing arrangement. It is composed of a steel or metal casing which contains a cylindrical strainer basket in an individually selected material and mesh size.
The Strainer is available for connections ranging between 200 and 600mm and is designed for placement directly on the piping.
This enables installation of the filter on any piping, even in a vertical position or on pipes at ceiling level.
The TAEWON Auto Strainer which has the inlet directly on stream and the outlet at a 90 angle bend in proximity of the strainer basket without removing the connections.
Automatic flushing is carried out at regular intervals without interrupting the strainer process. The completely automatic flushing arrangement is composed of a flushing valve and flow diverter which are regulated by a PLC in a control box which can be
mounted adjacent to the strainer.
The liquid enters the strainer basket which is divided into two sections by the flow diverter : the inlet section and the debris collection section. A flushing valve for draining the debris is located at the outlet of the debris collection section.
