About Us
In 1992, we localized all imported spindle parts, starting with the repair of PCB-related ball bearing spindle, the repair of Dicing spindle used to process semiconductor wafers, glass processing, and various spindle repairs used in other machine tools.
In addition, the air bearing spindle, which could only be repaired by the spindle manufacturer, has become 100% self-repairable due to steady research and technology development.
In particular, we started producing air bearing spindle for the first time as a domestic company, and we are proud to be the best among the few air bearing spindle manufacturers in Korea.
In addition to the PCB and semiconductor industries, we are working with related industrial machine tool equipment companies such as LCD and automobiles, which are strengths in Korea, to mass-produce glass processing and other industrial spindles. In addition, we are currently working with the government to develop technologies to advance into various spindle industries.

에프엠이(FME)(주)는 제조자동화기술전(KOFAS) 2023에 참가해 볼 베이어링 스핀들, 에어 베어링 스핀들, 초음파 스핀들 등을 선보였다.
김오경 대표이사는 “1992년 한국에서 처음으로 PCB 관련 볼 베이링 스핀들 수리를 시작했다. 당시에는 수입품이 대부분이었다. 수리를 하면서 연구개발을 통해 스핀들의 국산화에 성공하며 에어베어링 스핀들을 제작해 공급하고 있다”라고 말했다.
