재료의 맛과 향
작업한 볶음재료는 알파화율의 조절,프로그램 제어에 의한 맛과 향이 뛰어나기 때문에 고품위식품 즉,선식,이유식,향료식품 및 재료식품의 처리에 최고의 효과를 발휘합니다.

각 섹터의 온도조절,곡물 투입량의 조절,곡물가열 속도,냉각속도 등의 조절이 수치로 제어되므로 체계적으로 관리된 볶음공정을 이룩하였습니다.

운전 비용
각부의 제어가 자동으로 이루어지므로 운전 인원을 최소화 할 수 있습니다. (1일 3ton 처리시 1인 소요)
재료의 볶음에 가장 적합한 재질
산학협동연구에 의한 볶음에 가장 적합한(맛과 작업성을 만족시키는) 재질을 찾아내어 드럼의 재질을 합금화하므로서 균일한 열 분포와 재료의 맛내기,빠른 열 전달 속도를 이룩하므로서 볶음기의 새로운 설계 개념을 정립하였습니다.
위생성
합금화된 드럼 내면은 연삭-광택-샌드 브라스트 공정을 거쳐 3중 불소수지막코팅을 하고 피로해소를 위한 열처리 공정을 추가하여 항상 위생적이고 쾌적한 환경하에서 작업이 이루어집니다.

Uniform quality
Management of roasting SIO2,PID control of input speed by applying an inverter,inverter control of the main motor,and digital control of roasting temperatures - all of these are digitally controlled to ensure uniform operation every day.
Operating Cost
All parts are controlled automatically,thus the number of operator can be minimized
(One person is needed when roasting 3 tons per day).
The most suitable material to roast
By searching the best material for roasting (that satisfy the taste and workability) through educational-industrial study and alloying the materials of the drum,uniform heat distribution,flavoring of material and fast heat transfer are achieved. Thus,it established a new design concept of a roaster.
Sanitation
The alloyed inner drum goes through grinding-glazing-sand blast process,fluorine resin film coating in three layers,and heat treatment process for stress relief. Therefore,material can be roasted sanitarily under pleasant environment.
