2. The horizontal plate of the laser cutting and blanking module enters the laser cutting device. The device is equipped with advanced laser cutting technology to accurately cut the plate according to a preset cutting program. Whether it is complex geometry or fine-structured part contours, the laser's high energy density allows for quick and accurate cutting, smooth cut surfaces and reaching millimeter-class or higher accuracy. At the same time, the robotic system works closely with the laser cutting device. Flexible robotic arms and precise gripping and positioning capabilities complete plate loading and unloading quickly and reliably, greatly improving the production efficiency of the cutting process.
3. Bending and molding module
Cutted sheet metal parts are transferred through the robot to the panel vendor. Robots can bend sheet metal parts at different angles and curvatures depending on their product requirements. Whether it's simple right-angled bending or complex arcs or multiple layers of folding, precise control of bending angles and forces can be achieved for precise molding.
Flexible bending centers play a key role to meet more complex and precise bending requirements. By integrating advanced CNC technology and intelligent algorithms, different bending molds and processing parameters can be quickly switched to efficiently bend sheet metal parts of various specifications and shapes.
