Description
1GSa/s sampling rate, 14-bit resolution waveforms, up to 50 MHz, and you can adjust the sampling rate in Playback mode. The amplitude accuracy reaches 1% ± 1 mvpp of the ± set.
Enhanced Sweep function The DG5000 supports low-frequency or high-frequency scan output. Scan types include linear, log, and steps. You can set the "Mark" frequency to meet the needs of more amplitude frequency testing applications.
Enhanced analog/digital modulation types include AM, FM, PM, ASK, FSK, PSK, PWM and support internal and external modulation sources to meet more training or communication system testing needs.
Supports frequency hopping function The minimum frequency hopping interval is 80 ns, and up to 4096 frequency hopping points can be edited. It can meet the common needs of FH communication training and related tests.
