고속 냉각기(콘베이어 냉각기)
CV-1
볶음작업 후 배출되는 높은 온도의(150~250℃) 곡물을 10-15초만에 20℃±5℃로 냉각을 실행하는 고속냉각 장치입니다.
볶음후의 곡물은 곡물이 보유한 향과 같은 성분들이 휘발성의 상태로 활성화 되어 대기중으로 방출되게 됩니다.
CV-1은 이러한 상태의 고온의 곡물이 투입되는 즉시 수초이내에 고속냉각으로 표면 경막을 만듦니다.
이러한 표면경막으로 인하여 곡물의 향성분의 방출은 정지되며 온도는 20℃로 냉각되는 고속냉각 구조의 냉각장치입다니. 컨베이어 타입이므로 연속작업으로 사용가능하고 냉각작업공간을 적게 차지하므로 공장 내부의 청결을 유지할 수 있습니다.
CV-1 is a high speed cooling device that cools the high temperature (150~250℃) grains discharged after roasting down to 20℃±5℃ within 10-15 seconds.
After roasting,grains’ unique components such as flavor are activated in volatile state and released into atmosphere.
CV-1 rapidly cools the grains immediately after input within fa ew seconds,forming the film on the surface.
From this surface film,evaporation of flavor components stops and grain is cooled to 20℃ in high speed.
Continuous operation is possible owing to the conveyer-type and cleanness of the factory is maintained thanks to small cooling space.
